The hotel is a convenient base for exploring a peaceful area with nearby restaurants, shops, and a park. The staff working the night shift were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator.

Handy USB ports, a nice touch having its own balcony, and useful to have a writing desk in the room. 🌟

Enjoyed exploring the Waterfront area, the hotel was located nicely in the middle of all the entertainment 🎉.

It had a great and absolutely perfect location right by Kennywood, major shopping/entertainment district and Carnegie Mellon University. The staff were very attentive and excellent in case of questions.

Stunningly beautiful place, it has patient staff on for his Dat night shift. The location is exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, right by the Waterfront entertainment district, we really enjoyed it.

The place has an excellent location right next to the Jersey shore, and my standard room included a queen bed with a pull-out couch and a dresser.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the restaurant and TV area. The room was well-furnished and had useful amenities like a coffee maker and refrigerator. The staff were extremely friendly, and the services provided were excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in a shopping district, close to several restaurants, is a big plus. Additionally, being on the Monongahela riverfront provides a beautiful setting for guests.

I liked the location of the hotel and that there was a nice view of the river from out room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean.

I did not like the fact that I requested a room with a balcony and a view but there are no available outside chairs or furniture of any kind on the balcony to sit and have coffee and enjoy that view so therefore not relaxing out on the balcony. This needs addressed. I would also appreciate free coffee in the loby available for guests for the price of the room.
